Quantity checks
The slab is 60 m2. It needs about 6 m3 of concrete, so 40 bags of cement. The 60 bags in the quote cover the slab and the walls: the quantity holds.
The 5 m3 of sand quoted is not enough for 60 bags of cement. Count 8 m3. The missing 3 m3 will come back later, as an extra.

Hello, thank you for the quote. Three points before I approve it. One: labour is a lump sum of 1 200 000 FCFA, which is 40 % of the quote. Could you break it down by trade? Two: formwork timber is at 65 000 FCFA/m3, and the Douala range for August 2026 runs from 45 000 to 55 000. Three: the "sundries and contingency" line has no content, and I suggest capping it at 5 % of the total. The rest of the quote is consistent.
